Rapid Prototyping
The Rapid Prototyping shop is Lowell Make’s CNC shop. CNC stands for Computer Numeric Control which can refer to any type of machine that relies on a computer to control its movement. In this case, our CNC machines are routers attached to a gantry that allows for movement on the X, Y & Z axes.
